Create Calm
Create Calm is a research through design project that uses newly available machine learning tools to explore novel methods of HCI and human computer co-creation. This iteration of the design recognises emotion from human posture, then expresses that emotion as music.
To test the prototype, all you need is a computer with a webcam. Follow the link below with your computer set up on a flat surface about 1m above the ground. Have the webcam pointing horizontally, and stand back so that your whole body is on the screen. Don’t forget to turn on the volume!
